RPM Corporate Philosophy
RPM is an acronym for Racing Project Motorcycle, but it also represents the company's unique management philosophy. The three letters—R, P, and M—form the foundation of RPM's corporate framework, evolving into 5 R's, 7 P's, and 7 M's, each representing a distinct strategic project.
These projects are designed to develop independently while remaining interconnected, forming a powerful network-based management structure that continuously expands RPM's influence, innovation, and contribution to the motorcycle industry.

The "R" Initiative
The R Project focuses on motorcycle racing, racing events, professional riders, and motorsports development. It represents the original vision and passion that inspired the founding of RPM.
The objective of this initiative is to promote motorcycle racing culture, cultivate talented riders and technicians, build outstanding racing teams, accumulate valuable racing experience, and collect performance data for continuous improvement.
In addition to achieving remarkable success within Taiwan's racing community, RPM actively participates in international competitions, carrying the RPM banner onto race tracks around the world.
